**About the role and our team**

Join our Clinical Administration Team as a Secretary at Nobles Hospital

Within this role you will undertake a full range of secretarial duties, including copy typing, audio and word processing together with a range of administrative support duties within the clinical secretary team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Composing and typing routine correspondence, memos, letters and reports
- Answering telephones, responding to referrals and requests for information
- Filing correspondence, investigation results and records
- Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
- Arranging meetings and meeting materials
