**About the Role**:
As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, focusing on maintaining the personal care needs of our residents. Your role involves respecting their dignity and promoting independence at all times. Additionally, you will ensure our care services consistently meet high standards, actively participating in the daily care of our residents and engaging in various general day-to-day activities within our home.

**Reporting Structure**:
This position reports to the Nurse/Senior Support Worker.

- Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
