**Domiciliary Care Worker/ Home Care Assistant**

We are looking to recruit committed and passionate home carers to support our growing home care organisation, Neways at Home. We are searching for people with kind and caring nature, looking to work with a great team who goes an extra mile and make a difference for whoever they work with. There are lots of opportunities to progress to senior roles based on your experience and interests.

**Main responsibilities**
- Helping our clients with personal care and supporting with daily activities such as prepping/ serving meals, dressing, etc.
- Encourage clients to eat and drink on time
- Prompting and support with medications
- Providing companionship for our clients and support with visiting a coffee shop, watching movies, etc.
- Update care plans
- Keeping the care standards high all the time and up-to-date with training and development

**Skills & Experience**
- You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Have a passion and genuine desire to provide excellent care
- You will have strong communication and organizational skills
- You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
- Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check
- No experience needed as full training will be provided.
