This post is based in the Housing Advice, Information and Assessment Service, and will be focused on the delivery of an efficient, high quality and comprehensive reviews service in line with statutory requirements.

**In this job role you will**:

- Carry out statutory and non-statutory reviews under current legislation
- Interview applicants and assess property conditions
- Undertake complex enquiries
- Respond to threats of Judicial Review
- Authorise or refuse continuing discretionary temporary accommodation
