Job Summary:
Temporary cover required to cover current vacancy whilst service is going through a transformation process.
Vital front line admin cover required to process adult safeguarding alerts and adult social care requests received by email.
Key points of what the role involves:
Business administration and data processing of adult social requests.
Be part of a multiskilled team delivering effective and consistent customer service over the phone online and in person.
Dealing with a variety of administrative and data entry processes.
Managing complex and sensitive emails in a professional and timely manner
Flexible hybrid working including a minimum of 2 days in the Civic offices after training.
Key Duties/Accountabilities:
Report to Senior Team Leader or Team Manager.
Ensure statutory requirements and time scales are met.
Understand personal responsibility regarding confidentiality data protection and information governance.
Updating and maintenance of data.
Processing referrals and applications.
Action correspondence emails phone calls.
Support the management of client relationship and expectations.
Contribute to continual service review and development.
Ensure attendance and constructive participation in supervisions appraisals and team meetings in line with Council standards.
Complete mandatory elearning and training.
Essential Experience Required:
Excellent Digital communication skills.
Extensive experience in customer service environment.
Ability to deal with sensitive and complex enquires.
Ability to be flexible and reactive to work pattern demands.
Experience and confidence in using CRM platforms and goggle mail.
Experience and knowledge in adult social care admin setting is desirable.
