Supplier Performance Executive

You will be proactively supporting our key transfer supplier partners to ensure effective operational delivery and maximise customer satisfaction.
As a key contact, you will act as the voice of our supplier partners back into the business, enhancing the overall support that we provide. Through ongoing communication & relationship building, you will help us understand operational challenges & drive product & service improvements.
You will be key in helping ensure all suppliers perform to their contracted Service Level Agreements.
**Key tasks**
Working with our supplier partners to ensure effective delivery of service expectations/agreements, driving ongoing improvements to business performance and the customer experience.
Clearly monitoring and managing communication, agreeing, and implementing action plans and tracking associated outcomes & improvements.
Carrying out supplier onboardings for new suppliers, proactively supporting them through ongoing contact and regular touchpoint meetings as they join the HolidayTaxis/Hotelbeds portfolio.
Capturing feedback from suppliers and reviewing performance related data & insight. Communicating with teams across the business to ensure this is utilised to drive continuous improvements to our products, service & performance
Responding to supplier queries, providing solutions to issues across the supplier network.
**Relevant Skills/Experience/ Requirements
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel and a desire to learn how to use new software systems.
Proactive approach to all responsibilities.
Confident in communicating and building strong relationships.
Proven ability to multitask and deliver excellent results under pressure.
A structured approach to responsibilities and good attention to detail.
Excellent people skills - effectively communicating, engaging with and influencing others
Ability to understand data and insight and translate into positive communication & actions.
Fluent English essential. Other languages desirable (Italian/Spanish/any other).
