**About the role**
We are currently undergoing substantial IT Modernisation and our Digital Team are working hard to ensure the customer comes first throughout this transformation.
**Joining us as a Digital Performance and Optimisation Executive, you will support the Digital team in developing, optimising and improving the OneFamily websites.**
Your Key Accountability will be to drive commercial and customer experience improvements across the digital estate, as well as TSEO, BAU and regulatory requirements.
**On a day to day, you will**:
- Assist the development and optimisation of the digital customer experience to maximise commercial performance and engagement
- Improve online journeys through an agile test and learn and continual development process (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Work collaboratively within commercial to optimise the customer journey and experience across the digital estate covering all digital touchpoints to create a consistent, engaging and seamless experience
- Support the measurement and reporting on performance of digital channels in support of the business profitability targets to set KPIs
- Maintain and develop the OneFamily website to meet commercial and regulatory requirements
- Working with the wider Digital team, implement TSEO and BAU (business as usual) initiatives
- Work with IT Digital Development to write briefs and tickets with robust requirements and User Acceptance Criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, IT) to support execution of campaigns through creative development, build and release
- Help manage the digital release process, including pre-release prep and admin, deployment and post-release UAT
- Ensure regular updates, admin and maintenance of the Digital Asset Management platform
- Assist the digital team with administrator functions including POs, budgets and reporting

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: *
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics & WordPress
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (desirable, but not essential)
- Understanding of basic UX/UI principles
- Understanding of agile working/sprints
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Analytical and creative mind
- Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative where required
- Marketing or Digital qualification (desirable, but not essential)
