Customer Care Specialist

SF Commercial team are recruiting for a full time Permanent Customer Care specialist to work with a leading and successful business in Corby.
Salary is £21,500 plus a great benefits package. Please note this is an office-based role and in the future once this person is settled in the team and training has been completed, they may consider flexible working for 1 day a week.
The purpose of the Customer Care Specialist is to provide an exceptional level of customer service to our customers via telephone and other communication tools. The Customer Care Specialist is the first point of contact for customers needing to activate theirdeliveries and may also be required to take sales for top up products over the phone.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to the end user and account management
- Generate leads/referrals and sales for top-up products
- Ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner and all queries/calls are dealt with.
- Communicate throughout the day with the Team Leader and Manager to keep them updated of any issues that have occurred or where assistance may be needed
- Communicating with the warehouse and drivers to make sure we have a high delivery success rate
- Ensure a good standard of customer services is maintained at all time
- Liaising with warehouse and stock issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally you will have experience of working in Customer services or have similar experience to support this
- Good people and relationship building skills
- Positive, a team player with a strong work ethic
- Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping when required.
This is a full-time role and its 08.30-17.00 with a 1-hour lunch (37.5 hours per week)
