This role is a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave until the end of January 2024.

Ontex is a leading international business in the production and sales of high-quality personal hygiene products within both retail and healthcare divisions. Personal hygiene for Ontex includes Baby diapers & Pants, Feminine hygiene and Incontinence products. Ontex Healthcare supplies incontinence products to the end user predominantly through the NHS home delivery direct and NHS Supply Chain.

**What is the scope of the job?**

The Customer Care team provides pivotal support to our NHS home delivery customers with prescriptions for incontinence products. In your role as a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide phone-based customer support and can receive anywhere between 80 and 120 calls per day. Your customers may need support in activating orders, resolving non-deliveries and incorrect orders or the purchasing of additional top-up products.

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £21,525.00 per year
