As a Specialist Handover Driver, you will be based from our BCA Corby site and will be collecting and delivering vehicles from the site to customers on a daily basis.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Perform customer-facing vehicle delivery and collections for a multitude of reasons, including collection and return of vehicles under cinch warranty; delivery of customer orders outside of normal process; undertaking VIP deliveries.
- Coordinate team resource to balance and achieve multiple team objectives within the time frames required.
- Interface with customers both verbally and using written communications as required.
- Keep internal stakeholders up to date on progress and objective completion.

To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:

- Driving experience
- Strong interpersonal / customer service skills
- Self-starter / self-motivated
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles
- Advanced driving qualifications beneficial
- +5 years holding a full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license.
- No more than 3 points on driving licence.
- Business insurance on own vehicle is mandatory for this role.
