We are dedicated to enhancing the learning experiences of children by offering hands-on, interactive, and memorable educational workshops. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our friendly team as a Part-Time Term-Time Customer Services Specialist for Primary Workshops for Schools.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Communication**:
- Liaise with facilitators to coordinate workshop details and ensure a smooth execution.
- Chase customers for their preferred timings of the day to ensure efficient scheduling.
**Customer Care**:
- Provide exceptional customer care and support throughout the entire customer journey.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Primary Workshops for Schools and ensure that customers have a positive, professional and memorable experience.
**Complaint Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
**Working Hours**:
This position is full-time and operates during term times, aligning with the academic year calendar. The role is 30 hours a week and the working schedule is 8.30am-2.30pm.
