Complaint Handler

At Diligenta, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Complaint Handler, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of outsourced administration services to the UK Life Assurance and Pensions market. As a Complaint Handler, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of millions of customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service delivery targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Complaint Handler who can provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines.
