We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Daily updating of SmartTime exceptions and maintenance of SmartTime records for BA Cabin Cleaning contract.
- Weekly Provision and Support for managing SmartTime exceptions to enable the Agency to raise payments and invoices
- Provide Administrative Support for Payroll and Finance Dept
- Support in updating accurate site attendance, turnover etc statistics - review and hi-light any concerns to relevant Managers
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Supporting in the submission of the Monthly Interface to enable payroll processing
- Effective Interaction with Employees and Management
- Deal with payroll queries.

- Good IT skills to include Word and Excel
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and juggle tasks
