As an HR and Payroll Specialist at Sharp Electronics Europe, you will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes. This includes handling contracts, HR system setups, and inductions.

You will provide vital support to the HR Manager and European HR Director with data collation and documentation. Additionally, you will track and manage probation periods, contract changes, and compliance with right-to-work regulations.

Responsibilities include managing monthly payroll data, covering starters, leavers, bonuses, and benefits. You will also ensure timely renewals and terminations for fixed-term contracts. Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact for HR support requests and manage the SEE HR inbox effectively.

Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

This role involves working closely with our external payroll provider to manage payroll data and ensuring seamless HR operations. If you thrive on ensuring effective payroll management and are passionate about learning and development, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in an HR administrative and Learning & Development role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with database experience preferred. Project management and presentation skills are a bonus.
