Job Overview:

The WSH Group seeks an experienced People HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for facilitating people management processes and procedures, including recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, and employee relations.

\

You will work closely with our Account Director to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. This will involve engaging with colleagues on regular calls and meetings, analysing data to inform decision-making, and developing action plans to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse annual engagement results and partner with leaders to create action plans to enhance employee engagement\
  • Drive succession planning within the management level and above, ensuring an internal pipeline of talent\
  • Facilitate people management processes and procedures, including recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, and employee relations\
  • Work closely with the Account Director to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives\
  • Engage with colleagues on regular calls and meetings to ensure alignment and facilitate activities\
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and develop action plans to enhance employee engagement and retention\
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge\
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for improvement\
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations\
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters\
  • Manage employee relationships and resolve conflicts when necessary\
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on HR-related matters\
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures\
  • Provide input to the development of company policies and procedures\
  • Participate in the development of company-wide training programs\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR\
  • Network with other HR professionals to share knowledge and ideas\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors\
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve HR efficiency\
  • Perform other duties as required by the Account Director or other members of the senior management team\
  • Travel occasionally nationwide to meet with teams and stakeholders\
  • Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum\
  • Benefits: Full-time position, no remote work allowed\
  • Qualifications: CIPD qualification essential (or relevant experience levels), Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\
