About the Role:

\

As a Learning Development Manager with the WSH Group, you will play a key role in driving organisational development and ensuring consistent benefits support across departments.

\

Reporting to the Account Director, you will engage with colleagues on regular calls and meetings to ensure alignment and facilitate activities such as employment law, learning and development, equity diversion and inclusion, wellbeing and mental health initiatives.

\

You will also be responsible for analysing annual engagement results and partnering with leaders to create action plans to enhance employee engagement. Additionally, you will drive succession planning within the management level and above, ensuring an internal pipeline of talent.

\

Key Qualifications:

\

CIPD qualification essential (or relevant experience levels)

\

Strong generalist People/HR experience with strong commercial awareness

\

Ability to interpret and analyse data to inform strategic HR initiatives

\

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

\

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
