Administrative Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a payroll and HR specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
Key Duties- Manage payroll processes, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit payments.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or payroll, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
