Based Dunstable:

- **15 month full time maternity cover contract with an end of contract bonus payable on completion.**_

Paying c £26,000 negotiable dependent on vehicle dealership experience

Hours: 08.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday (40 hours)

This role is part of a very busy invoicing team supporting our network of dealerships with their customer claims, labour rates, service and parts invoices. You will effectively and efficiently process the Company’s Retail Administration to month end deadlines.

**Duties covered**:

- Create pro forma’s from work instruction to obtain order numbers before invoicing
- Advise Depot Managers of any cost rejection so appropriate action can be taken.
- Effectively monitor the Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure Workshop instructions can be cleared as soon as possible.
- Ensure all invoice queries are quickly and effectively resolved.
- Ensure all Technicians’ paperwork is completed accurately to maximise profitability.

**Experience Required**:

- Retail Administration Knowledge
- Warranty administration knowledge
- Technical components knowledge
- Knowledge of manufacturers book times
- Dealership experience
