We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty and Contract Invoicing Administrator to join our Central Retail & Warranty team at Renault Truck Commercials based in Dunstable, Beds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing, problem-solving, and resolving queries related to our Network's Vehicle Warranty Administration and Claim Systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the depots' invoicing and administration systems across Retail, Warranty & Contract.
- Resolve invoice queries quickly and effectively.
- Create pro forma's from work instructions to obtain order numbers before invoicing.
- Advise Depot Managers of cost rejections to ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Ensure all Technicians' paperwork is completed accurately to maximize profitability.
- Liaise with the Parts department regarding materials to be discarded.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure Workshop instructions can be cleared as soon as possible.
Requirements:
- HGV/LCV Technician qualification.
- Comprehensive experience in service, warranty, and contract roles.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within the heavy vehicle workshop environment.
- Full working knowledge of warranty and contract systems.
