**Customer Care & Office Administrator**

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Customer Care**:

- To log in all customer care calls and issues coming from Clients/House Builders
- To liaise with internal and external stake holders (other departments in the organisation, house builders, suppliers, customers, etc) regarding updates, weekly reports, daily communication, sorting issues and emergencies in efficient and timely manner.
- To book inspections and works with Customers and Clients, updating records every step of the way and creating calendar appointments for Inspection Supervisor.
- To follow given Customer Care procedures and rules making sure that things are completed to the highest standard.
- To manage all relevant information regarding reported issues updating records and outstanding issues log
- To ensure correct communication is made with all involved parties.

**Office/Orders**:

- To be first point of contact for all calling Customers/Clients
- To answer telephone in courteous manner and respond accordingly or re-direct the call to relevant departments.
- To deal with suppliers, ensuring relevant communication
- To place orders for materials, equipment, check delivery notes and match it with relevant invoices.
- To arrange deliveries and pickups of goods and equipment.
- To keep purchases log and liaise with account department if necessary.
- To help out with any admin and/or ad hoc activities and duties if necessary and needed.

**Skills and experience required**:

- **Experience in similar role - customer care/customer service required**:

- **Landscaping/Construction industry experience desirable but not essential**:

- **Exceptional communication skills**:

- **Outlook and Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)**:

- **Comfortable in fast paced environment**:

- **Multitasking and timekeeping**:

- **Strong attention to detail**:

- **Energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude approach due to the job/position specifics**

Working hours Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (non-negotiable), 30min break throughout the day.

Annual salary, plus profit share,

20 days Holidays + bank holidays

**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
