Business Support Administrator - c24-26k+ DOE
An interesting opportunity has arisen to work with one of the leading wealth management organisations within the UK. The role will be to provide administrative support to the Paraplanners and Advisors and be involved with clients' financial planning. A realstepping stone to a career within Financial Services.
Some Key Duties to include:
- Process / Scan and Action Daily post
- Answer client calls
- Obtain quotations from product providers and provide illustrations and product information to the Partner as required
- Prepare files including: compliance required documentation; research; illustrations; supporting documentation, prior to sale
- Maintain accurate client information, files/records, ensuring that clients are placed into a review system as agreed with the Partner
- Prepare portfolio valuations as requested
- Provide administration support to the Partner/Practice Manager as required, e.g. marketing correspondence
- Support the day-to-day business operations within the Practice
Key Skills/Experience:
Previous experience of having worked in a similar role and ideally in financial services
Demonstrating relevant business support experience
Experience of managing client/customer databases
Experience of Microsoft Office - Word / Excel / Outlook
Confident and professional with clients and advisors
