Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited is working in partnership with a forward-thinking Organisation to recruit an enthusiastic HR Administrator / Assistant on a permanent basis.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator / Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone and email queries professionally, fostering effective communication with managers and colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Support HR projects to enhance processes and employee experience.
  • Conduct HR inductions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Document and follow HR transactional processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide data and system support for HR business-as-usual activities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a busy administration role (ideally but not essentially within HR).
  • Flexible approach to work tasks whilst understanding how to prioritise, including managing a busy shared inbox.
  • Willingness to undertake CIPD Level 3 qualification (this could be funded).

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 + superb benefits plus parking when in the office and genuine scope / potential study support.
