Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the role of HR Administrator/Assistant at Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited.
This is a permanent role that offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing administrative support in a busy environment. As an HR Administrator/Assistant, you will be responsible for providing professional and effective day-to-day human resource administration services for employees, managers, and other workers.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy administration role (ideally but not essentially within HR) and possess a flexible approach to work tasks while understanding how to prioritise. They will also have a willingness to undertake a CIPD Level 3 qualification, which could be funded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling telephone and email queries professionally, fostering effective communication with managers and colleagues.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Supporting HR projects to enhance processes and employee experience.
- Conducting HR inductions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Documenting and following HR transactional processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Providing data and system support for HR business-as-usual activities.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus superb benefits, parking when in the office, and genuine scope/potential study support.
