About the Opportunity

Hennlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited is partnering with a people-centric organisation based between Shaftesbury and Warminster to recruit an enthusiastic HR Administrator/Assistant on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to provide administrative support in a dynamic environment. As an HR Administrator/Assistant, you will be responsible for providing professional and effective day-to-day human resource administration services for employees, managers, and other workers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy administration role (ideally but not essentially within HR) and possess a flexible approach to work tasks while understanding how to prioritise. They will also have a willingness to undertake a CIPD Level 3 qualification, which could be funded.

Job Description:

This is a permanent role that involves providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required. You will also be responsible for conducting HR inductions for new hires, documenting and following HR transactional processes, and providing data and system support for HR business-as-usual activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a busy administration role (ideally but not essentially within HR).
  • A flexible approach to work tasks while understanding how to prioritise.
  • A willingness to undertake a CIPD Level 3 qualification, which could be funded.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus superb benefits, parking when in the office, and genuine scope/potential study support.
