**The Opportunity**

This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Clients & Business Development and Clients, Markets, and Communications teams (CMC). You'll be based in the CMC team with a flexible location, reporting to the CRM Regional Manager.

With over 2,500 active users in the region, the CRM Co-ordinator will play an increasingly significant role in promoting quality and best practice across the UK, India, Middle East Africa (UKIMEA), providing support and guidance to users and groups from across the region.

Working with the regional CRM Manager, the CRM Co-Ordinator and will focus on helping to manage and promote the broadening scope and increasing importance of our CRM system in the future of our firm. You will also contribute to regional and global activities, including being part of the global CRM team and contribute to CRM development and testing. It is essential for this person to be a team player as well as being able to work on their own projects with mínimal supervision using their own initiative.

This role requires a proactive, ‘go-getter’ with a natural curiosity to improve the client’s experience when using CRM.

**Is this role right for you?**

We are looking for people who:

- Have a business or business-related background, with a good knowledge of commercial procedures and experience of working with clients.
- Currently working or have worked with a Client Relationship Management tool, preferably Microsoft Dynamics365.
- Experience of prioritising and handling multiple service desk requests
- Have experience of creating PowerBI dashboards when analysing data.
