**The Role**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Support with the optimisation & growth of the Molton Brown Rewards Club in line with CRM strategy, including communications calendar, new member acquisition, member engagement, partnership perks, promotions, technical developments etc.
- Own, manage and optimise tactical CRM lifecycle campaigns to deliver on key KPIs to drive retention, engagement and customer lifetime value.
- Produce weekly, monthly and campaign driven reporting to share with Digital and wider business; highlight key insights and suggest actions for enhancements and improvements.
- Align with internal departments (eCommerce, Retail, merchandising, legal, etc.) to ensure the customer journey is optimised and brand experience in line with expectation
- Monitoring CRM best practices and ensuring legal compliance. Work with wider team/s to brainstorm new creative growth strategies. Identify, share and drive best practice and learning's (including to international territories) and become the centre of expertise for the CRM function.

**What You Need**:

- Minimum 1-2 years digital experience in a results driven role for a consumer brand.
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong communication skills; ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders in collaborative manner.
- Analytical mindset; able to analyse and interpret data and communicate clear actionable conclusions.
- Ability to work under pressure and to specific deadlines. Excellent time-management skills and can respond proactively and positively to changing priorities.
- Inquisitive nature, desire to learn, hands on approach with a problem solving
- Confident, proactive and self-motivated
