The CRM Workflow Manager will work with the CRM team by providing operational support with capacity planning and management of the end-to-end campaign process.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to advance their career in CRM and retail. The hope is that the right candidate is an expert in CRM, Seeks and implements automation and online workflow tools to drive efficiency in workflow management, and is able to instill best practice through an agile project and process management in campaign delivery.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing workflows and procedures to streamline campaigns and project execution and enhance productivity.
• Co-ordinating the planning, delivery & execution of CRM campaigns within CRM Department as well as with wider internal teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows, processes, and systems.
• Ownership of CRM Process Adaption
• Being the main point of contacts for escalations and process clarification.
• Ensuring all steps of the campaign development & production process are followed and where relevant, documented.
• Continuously reviewing process and works with all stakeholders to optimise

You will need:
• To be able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• To have an in-depth understanding of the End-to-End Marketing Campaign Process.
• To have proven experience in workflow management, project management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Experience working within CRM
