**Service Desk Analyst**

**Hybrid Working**

In this role you would be working as a Service Desk Analyst in a Northeast housing association. Within this role as a Service Desk Analyst you would be apart of a team which delivers an effective support as required within the IT & Digital Strategy. Thisrole is a permanent role. The organisation works remotely 80% of the time; you may be required to go into the office once / twice a week or some weeks you may work fully remote. This role is looking for an individual who has a strong interest in IT and someonewho has worked in a service desk environment previously.

Your new role:

- In your new role as Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing IT support and advice to internal and external customers
- You will ensure all incidents and requests made to the ICT via a variety of channels are initially diagnosed accurately, logged, prioritised, categorised and progressed to resolution or fulfilment in line agreed procedures and service standards
- As the Service Desk Analyst, you will provide initial support for infrastructure & network issues and queries
- In this role you will be required to escalate tickets that cannot be resolved within the service deskin timely manner
- You will need to ensure that appropriate support documentation is created and maintained and that the Support knowledge base is populated and administrated

- Looking for an individual who has demonstratable experience in delivering 1st line support
- You will have excellent communication skills
