**2nd / 3rd line Service Desk Analyst**
Interim 2nd / 3rd line Service Desk Analyst with technology related Windows Server experience required for immediate start.
**Your new company**
Our client who is a leading technology organisation is looking for an interim 2nd / 3rd line Service Desk Analyst with Windows Server experience to join on an initial 6 month period.
**Your new role**
Planning of complex change with first time delivery to ensure sustained service across wide ranges of products and solutions. Participating and leading in technical knowledge cascades across EMS using learning infrastructure. Service management and design supporton existing and new contracts. Working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and customers to understand the requirements and build an effective working relationship to ensure smooth running of contracts
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your background will need to be from a technology related organisation and would ideally be from a telco, communication or wireless background. Experience of administering various Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Experience of administering VMWarevCenter Server and ESXi. Experience of HP 3PAR & NetApp SANs.
Experience of administering DNS, Active Directory, and Group Policies. Experience of implementing Security Patching Using Ivanti and WSUS.
**What you'll get in return**
Flexible working options available. This role is a 6 month contract and is paying £320 per day.
