**MATERNITY COVER WITH POSSIBILITY OF FULL TIME POSITION**

To manage and develop a portfolio of customers within the busy Restaurant sector to achieve targeted sales growth whilst ensuring that the highest level of customer service and support are provided at all times, in line with the Sales Desk Quality Manual.
- Be available to receive incoming calls within 3 rings.
- Respond to Credit Control Side Notes within 48 hours of receiving them.
- Process orders accurately to achieve the highest levels of customer service and minimise errors.
- Produce quotations as required within 48 hours of request and endeavor to enhance spend.
- Update system consistently and accurately with all relevant information.
- Maximise all opportunities from incoming and outgoing calls to identify future business potential and generate leads when appropriate.
- Utilise all marketing literature with the primary objective of winning buiness.
- Identify where we are able to switch customers to our exclusive brand (EB) of equipment.
- Always propose alternative products to avoid backorders.
- Manage the communication of back orders to customers.
- Always endeavor to create a positive attitude internally and externally.
- Achieve set KPI's.
- Attend regular 1-2-1 meetings to discuss activity/performance and to identify training needs.
- Maximise profit margin on all sales/margin management.
- Strictly adhere to all procedures set out in the Sales Desk Quality Manual.
- Support NAM's whenever additional resource is required, in tenders, product matching and sourcing etc.
- Proactively call live trading customers to generate sales as required.
- Essential
- Computer Literate, Numerate with very good verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Understanding Customer needs and how to communicate effectively.
- Experience in achieving targets
- Worked in a sales/customer service environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to priortise worked
- Keen to speak to people on the phone ingoing and outgoing.
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to priortise busy workload.
- Excellent time keeping.

Desirable
- Previous Customer service experience in an office based environment.
- Catering Equipment or a related industry knowledge.
- Administration Skills
- Willing to work extra hours when required to complete a task.
- Challenging and open to change

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From £22,900.00 per year
