About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet aftersales customers to our Centre and ensure their experience is second to none
  • Participate fully in all scheduled training activities, including sessions at the Toyota Academy in Burnaston, Derbyshire
  • Keep all learning logs up to date and ensure you are prepared for your learning reviews with your manager, mentor, and Learning & Development Advisor
  • Get involved with all activities that raise the profile of your Centre, such as those in the community promoting the Toyota brand and attracting new customers

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
