We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor Trainee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet aftersales customers to our Centre
  • Ensure their experience is second to none
  • Participate fully in all scheduled training activities
  • Keep all your learning logs up to date

Person Specification:

This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance, and have high standards of verbal and written communication. You must be literate and numerate, with a desire to learn, and a genuine interest in offering excellent customer service.
