This role offers the chance to develop your skills around new and emerging technologies as well as ample scope for career advancement. Please note this role is full time office based.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for procurement and supplier engagement
- Assisting with Sales processes, e.g., identifying and quoting for solutions
- Administration of Support contracts etc for existing client base
- Coordination of incoming fault calls for engineering team
- Providing support to finance team with billing and invoicing queries
- Maintain successful relationships with clients and suppliers

You ideally have:

- Excellent knowledge of office admin operations
- Excellent knowledge of Customer service skills
- Excellent communication and written skills in fluent English

You are:

- Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach
- Reliable and willing to meet customer demands
- Able to manage projects from inception through to delivery
- Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability
- Confident and have a professional telephone manner engaging with our clients, 3rd parties
- Able to prioritise your workload effectively
- Flexible in your approach to learning new technologies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
