**Operations Administrator - Part-Time**
**Job Type**: 2 or 3 days per week, 5 hours per day (between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday)
**Salary**: £10.00 - £11.00 per hour, experience depending

**About Us**
Premier Contract Supplies are suppliers of sanitary ware to the new build market, buying products from a large mix of suppliers, helping house builders create a specification and then distributing from one of our seven warehouses across the UK.

**Responsibilities Include**:
- Supporting the Operational Manager with administrative duties relating to Health & Safety, such as recording incidents, monthly stats, creating Risk Assessments and following up with required actions, completing daily/weekly checks, assisting with the implementation of an audit document.
- Supporting HR with administrative duties, such as making sure H&S training for all staff is completed, organising First Aid and Fire Warden training where required, organising first aid equipment checks and replacements, organising Display Screen Equipment checks, along with the follow up of any necessary requirements.
- Supporting the Transport Manager with administration of vehicle inspections and insurances, the capturing of vehicle tachograph information, driver eye site checks, administering driver training and licensing checks.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required by management and HR.
**Qualities Needed**:
- Experience in a similar role preferable
- PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent telephone manner and communicative skills
- Organised and good attention to detail
- Flexible approach
- Confident and able to use own initiative when needed.
