**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations of the office.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for executives or team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring information is easily accessible and properly filed.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documentation.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, order new supplies as needed, and maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to team members, including coordinating office equipment maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling office-related inquiries.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Farnborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
