An exciting opportunity to join an established and friendly company in Farnborough on a**_ Perm _**basis as **Sales Administrator.**

You'll be joining and friendly and outgoing team at the company's modern and bright head office. Company culture here is second to none, along with **fantastic benefits & staff** perks and an **excellent hourly rate** 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Admin of the CRM System, generating customer quotations, processing receipts of order, ensuring a successful handover to the engineering team.
- Support and co-ordination with the service delivery teams to ensure that customer work is assigned, and resources allocated to ensure right first-time delivery.
- Scheduling appointments for the Business Development department, service providers, suppliers, and customers.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Strong related experience and a high level of administrative skill.
- Strong experience of using CRM systems, Excel, Outlook, and other MS packages (although full training will be given)
- Excellent approach to customers and ability to offer a first class service.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to deal with customers and internal colleagues effectively.
