Restorations UK operate a number of brands servicing domestic and commercial properties in the insurance market with Fire and Flood Restoration, Plant hire and Upholstery cleaning services.

We are looking to recruit a Claims Handler and Administrator initially based in our Yateley office, **soon to be relocating to new premiss in Farnborough.**

The role would suit someone who has good customer service experience.

You will already be familiar with a busy office environment and have some admin experience such as data inputting, computer literacy, dealing with customers by phone, recognised IT skills (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new systems.

Although insurance/property experience is preferred, if you are capable quick learning and problem solving, these attributes are more important.

Duties Include
- Liaising with customers and being their first point of contact to gather information.
- Be a point of contact for customers for updates on progress of work at their property.
- Taking new bookings for plant hire or customer call out requests.
- Arranging appointments with customers and making necessary bookings to facilitate the
work for our technicians.
- Handling diaries of technicians and surveyors to visit customers’ homes, keeping all parties
updated and in the loop. Communicating with engineers on a regular basis.
- Managing clients requests by using a diary system and communicating with all internal
and external parties involved including contractors and loss adjusters to provide the best
service to the customer.
- Finalising completed jobs, recording the relevant information on job sheets.
- Producing final costings, invoices and managing ad hoc payments.
- Receiving and answering enquiry calls and converting to sales and confirmed bookings.
- Supporting the office manager, operations manager and directors where required.

We provide 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a company pension contribution.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
