We are working exclusively with our highly successful and growing client based in Farnborough, to recruit an **Operations Administrator**to join them on a permanent basis.

This is key role for our client, where you will support the Head of Internal Ops in the day to day administration of the company's Operating Systems and culture / training procedures, helping to support and guide the rest of the business to work within qualitystandards.

Strong problem solving skills, excellent communication and impeccable attention to detail are key for this position, along with a positive and friendly approach to work. Experience or understanding of ISO9001, would be a bonus, but certainly not essential.

**The Role**:

- Deliver in-house company training on the internal administrative operating system.
- Provide direct administrative support to Head of Internal Ops.
- Manage the OS including updating & adding pages, making amends, and upkeep of the system.
- Work with the Head of Internal Ops to grow and expand on the company's internal culture - creating reports on culture, benefits and charity support and social value.
- Administration and reporting of the benefit system.
- Manage supplier relationships linked to company benefits.
- Supporting with the management of the charity and social calendar.
- Plan, organise, and schedule company training on the OS.
- Assist with the internal auditing and development of the ISO9001 Quality Management System.
- Carry out checks and reviews of the ISO9001 QMS.
- Flexibility to pick up on general admin support.
- Full Driving Licence.
- 3+ years in a similar role, ideally from a fast moving SME.
- Ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines.
- Ability to create processes and procedures.
- Confidence to facilitate and oversee internal meetings.
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and a keen attention to detail.
- Approachable, with a positive personality & disposition.

**Desirable (not essential)**:

- Experience of ISO9001 and administration of a QMS would be desirable.
- Experience of managing back end of Company Intranet would be desirable.
