Citystay are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. You will assist with ensuring that our apartments are maintained to the high standards that we hold ourselves to, whilst carrying out any necessary repairs throughout.

**The Role**
- Painting and decorating of apartments
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance operations
- Have strong organisational and logístical skills
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of basic repair techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

This position requires a motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our locations. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and enjoy problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

**The Details**
- £25,750 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9:30 - 18:00 (40 hours)
- Every other Saturday (Day off in the week)
- Free parking on-site / bicycle storage available
- Additional Leave available for long service

**Salary**: £25,750.00 per year
