Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any issues or concerns.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs as required.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cleaner or in a related field.
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • Integrity and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

Working Hours: Any day, Monday to Sunday, 6am to 12 midnight. Must provide own transport to sites.

Rate of Pay: £22 per hour.
