Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any issues or concerns.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
- Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs as required.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a related field.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Integrity and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- High school degree or equivalent.
Working Hours: Any day, Monday to Sunday, 6am to 12 midnight. Must provide own transport to sites.
Rate of Pay: £22 per hour.
