We are currently recruiting for an Administrator* on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role; the successful applicant will be expected to regularly work from our Leicester office, with some flexibility on remote working.
THE ROLE
You will be working with a team of Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and assisting our Consultants. The role plays a fundamental part in providing excellent customer service and dedication to our clients. The successful applicant will be able to get know our clients well and will enjoy helping them to achieve their workplace benefit goals.
Some office experience is essential however, training will be provided on the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be required to contact clients, manage, and support with the administration of portfolios, while providing continued support to the consultants. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- respond to queries in a prompt and efficient manner- work closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients’ needs are met- maintain a strong working relationship with all stakeholders- plan, organise and prioritise workload to maintain agreed deadlines- develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external contacts
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- experience in an administrative role- strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills (especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook)- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills- ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing at all levels- good organisational skills and attention to detail- knowledge of employee benefits, pension administration, risk benefits and healthcare benefits (desirable)
