Founded in 2011, Improveasy provides ECO funding for energy saving installations which improve the energy efficiency of UK households. We work to help reduce carbon emissions and consumer energy bills.

Our exciting new online service (EPC Builder) provides end-to-end in-house support for property owners wanting to make their properties more energy efficient.

We are looking to recruit for a operational and technical coordinator, this new role will help support the growth of our one stop shop; EPC Builder.

The role would involve the day to day running of EPC Builder.
- Liaising with property owners to book assessments/installations to technically advise on the property improvement plans.
- Analysing outputs from Retrofit Assessors, supporting them in recommending measures to improve energy efficiency, lower fuel bills and improve EPC ratings.
- Creating bespoke Property Improvement Plans to best present our improvement recommendation options to the customer.
- Liaise with our installer team to prepare accurate and competitive quotations as well support the customer through understanding any quote to achieve installation of recommended measure.
- Be on hand to provide any technical knowledge and guidance to both customer and energy assessors reporting into this role.
- Build a network of assessors throughout the UK to ensure we can meet the demand for the service offered.
- Collaborate with our internal software team to ensure the online platform is continuously developing and performing to meet all stakeholder need.

If you have experience of working as a Retrofit Assessor/DEA, a positive and motivated mindset, with operational and customer focused thinking, then get in touch. - Have at least 2 years’ practical experience working as a DEA and RA.
- Have excellent IT skills
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have experience and technical knowledge of energy efficiency measures including renewables.
