**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading nationwide contractor for facilities. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Altrincham team

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be:

- Accepting and processing work orders
- Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
- Scheduling of reactive jobs
- Providing support to operatives
- Ad-hoc duties when and as required

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
- B2B customer service experience is a must
- Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
