Community Furniture Store is an important Yorkshire charity that collects and sells donated household goods and furniture. The work we do supports people in poverty, provides work placements to people from a range of backgrounds, and supports the environment by reducing waste going to landfill. We operate three stores in York, Selby, and Scarborough.

We are now recruiting a temporary finance administrative assistant in a new role to work within our small, friendly team.

**Key duties will include**:

- Data entry into spreadsheets.
- Directing queries to relevant staff members.
- Chasing queries around financial administration.
- Updating documents and processing requests.
- Proactively identify other areas in the organisation where administrative support is required.

You will be organised, flexible, adaptable, and not afraid to get involved in the day to day running of the Community Furniture Store. Proactive with a positive approach. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and other key staff across the business.
