This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business within an exciting industry, as part of support for an expanding finance team.
- Managing the Credit Control mailbox and responding / resolving customer queries
- Manage the overdue letters and statements process as per the working calendar.
- Assisting with the direct debit process
- All round administrative support to the finance team
- Creating manual payments for ad hoc bank transfers
- Raising sale invoices, post receipts & reconcile customer accounts
- Requesting correct internal data and input of information into the Accounts software, such as for new accounts, Credit Limits agreed by Controllers, bulk amendments e.g. Client Managers
- Proven ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines, using initiative as well as working as part of a team when needed
- Able to manage conflicting priorities
- Microsoft office proficiency
- High attention to detail

Pay: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- York: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
