**Join EDF as a Project Support/ Personal Assistant, and you’ll join one of the most exciting and challenging projects within EDF, as we continue to lead the rebirth of nuclear in the UK.**

At Hinkley Point C (HPC) we are building two new nuclear reactors, the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in the UK providing low carbon electricity for around six million homes.

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Support/ Personal Assistant to manage the effective and efficient provision of professional support services to Area Directors within the HPC Delivery Directorate as well as providing ad hoc support to the wider teams.

As a Project Support/ Personal Assistant you will be expected to act primarily on your own initiative ensuring the smooth operation of the office and effectively managing senior stakeholder requirements. You will require exceptional organisational and administration skills to effectively support the Area Director and wider team.

This role will require you to work a minimum 4 out of 5 days at either Bridgwater offices or HPC Site.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Responsibility of diary and itinerary management and preparation of meeting packs.
- Liaising with counterparts in other office locations and command centres to support effective interaction and collaboration.
- Responsibility of the management, organisation and filing of electronic documents and records.
- Recording and producing minutes and action points for key business meetings.
- Maintaining data/records so that information is readily available and easily accessible.
- Providing office services such as reprographics, binding.
- Arranging meetings and co-ordinate the booking of rooms, arrange travel, accommodation, hire vehicles and hospitality.
- Keeping in touch with the team members when they are out of the office and report issues.
- Preparing letters, documents, ensure reports are well presented.

- Can prioritise tasks by importance and deadlines.
- Ability to handle pressure of working on a major project.
- Attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage tasks through to completion.
- General administrative/secretarial knowledge producing professional work as well as ability to adapt to new and changing systems (and possibly creating systems).
