**Raven Support - Learning Disabilities & Mental Health Support Worker**
**£12.37 per hour**

We provide bespoke, personalised, and valued support to our clients and help to build confidence and trust, and we are there to listen during both the good and the difficult times.

**Experience is not essential** to this role as we offer in depth training and 2 weeks minimum of shadowing with our experienced staff.
Responsibilities of this role include supporting with daily living, mínimal personal care, medication, accessing the community and encouraging our customers to lead a fulfilling life.
Our working hours are between**:8:00am - 20:30pm on a flexible 2-week rolling rota.**
**We are looking for...**
- Previous experience is preferable, but optional as we offer complete training.
- The ability to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways.
- To be passionate about your work and bring a positive attitude to your work.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Including working every other weekend.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations.
- **You must have a full driving license with access to your own vehicle and obtain business insurance** **to be considered for this role.**

- 3 days Induction - Face to Face Oliver McGowan training with our own in-house facilitator - Diplomas level 2 and above - In depth E-Learning - 2 weeks minimum Shadowing with our supportive, experienced team members.
