We are looking for an experienced Administrator who has an understanding of the billing processes. Previous billing experience is desired for this role, as is a good working knowledge of Excel and a proven ability to produce effective work within tight deadlines. Good organisational skills, verbal reasoning skills and numerical skills are also essential for this role.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all invoices are issued to customers in a timely and accurate manner. Reporting to the Billing Manager, your main duties will include but not be restricted to:
**Maintaining and Updating records in our core billing database including**:

- Data Entry of meter reading
- Keying Contracts

**Responsible for contract administration including**:

- Cancellations
- New contracts
- Updates, changes
- Customer and sales interactions

**Other Responsibilities include**:

- Set up of equipment in the database in preparation for Service team to log calls.
- Compile necessary information to send accurate and timely invoices to our client base.
- Prepare monthly reports (excel) for Service Director.
- Respond to internal and external customer enquiries in a courteous professional manner.
- Assist sales team, credit control department and customers with billing and contract issues and questions.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
