**Why your role will be crucial to the company**:
You will be sat in the heart of the company. Working day to day with both co-founders, brainstorming go-to-market strategies, executing them, and reeling in our #dream50 clients

- You’re going to be in charge of the lead gen engine of the company.

We want someone who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves. Someone who is curious, excited to learn, try out new ideas and most importantly, someone who wants to learn and **grow with the company**

Do you need experience? Were you a part of an entrepreneurial club at university? Have you tried to start your own business? Do you have some customer-facing experience?
Do you have any experience on the phone, talking to customers? Any of this would be helpful but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to be mentored and has a learning mindset. **How will Incognito invest in your growth?**
You are employee #4 of the company. Your role is crucial for the company's success.

Our co-founder has led the global SDR and Sales team across France, UK, US so you’ll be in good hands

Expect to learn how to:

- Come across as a trusted advisor in the industry by drilling into customer pain points while adding value throughout a conversation.
- Capture your customer's attention in the first few seconds of a cold call.
- Learn the technique FBI investigators use during hostage negotiations to get customers to open up, discuss pain points and control the conversation

**Compensation**:
Initial Salary: £25,000 base + £15K+ uncapped commission
Every other Friday off
Work from anywhere (timezone appropriate)
