**Location**: Magna Park NDC

**Salary**: £25,600 - £33,700,Annual

This is a **hybrid working role**,** therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the Magna Park NDC. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises.

**About the Role**

As our Supplier Compliance Coordinator, you will work within our Supply Chain Supplier performance team. Your role will be critical to the Distribution operation as you will contribute to the operation’s efficiency and work closely with suppliers to ensure customer deliveries are made within the agreed standards. You will assist in resolving supplier issues, as well as identify opportunities for improvements in both supplier performance and the supplier delivery process whilst mitigating the risk to customer experience through issues with poor availability and product quality.

As our Supplier Compliance Coordinator, your Key responsibilities will be:

- Day to day supplier compliance coordination and execution: regular communication and engagement with existing and new suppliers, 3rd party logistics providers and teams from our John Lewis Distribution Centers, updating standards to reflect changes in process, ensuring all supplier information is accurate and up to date, monitoring performance and escalating issues within agreed framework and routes.
- Build working relationships with inbound teams in the JL Distribution Network to ensure compliance reporting is consistent, accurate and relevant.
- Identify trends in Supplier performance, escalating to appropriate stakeholders, working with relevant teams to proactively resolve compliance issues with Suppliers, in line with business requirements
- Ensure John Lewis Supplier Compliance website details are maintained with up to date and relevant information.

**Essential skills you’ll need**
- Experience in data analysis/ presenting information advantageous, either from previous work experience or a related qualification
